I’m Maisie Watts, and I’m so glad to have you here!
You’re probably looking around for answers to your fitness woes, right? Well then, don’t fret! I understand what you’re going through as I have also been there before I become a fitness trainer and nutrition coach. Staying fit and healthy has never been and probably never will be an easy task to do. It will always be a struggle and will eventually get harder as we age. But as they say, “Nothing worth having comes easy”, so never give up on losing those extra pounds even though those midnight cravings are kicking in again (lol).
Kidding aside, all of us, of course, only wants the best for our mind and body. That is why Attractive Body is here to help you be the best version of yourself. This is going to be your personal journal to get you started and guide you through your health and fitness journey. I will share with you all the tips and tricks that I have acquired to achieve your fitness goals. I will try out some of the workout and weight-loss plans out there and give you an unbiased and full insight of all the things you need to know about the program.
